Thursdays 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative program aimed at enhancing technique in dance by training muscle memory through specific exercises. It focuses on core strength, alignment, and injury prevention, benefiting dancers, athletes, and physiotherapists worldwide. PBT is recognized for its effectiveness in improving performance across various disciplines and is commonly used at elite dance companies around the world. Students must provide their own equipment or rent it from the studio. Tuition: $495 academic year* (or 11 months of $45/month) * Receive an additional 10% discount for paying the full year tuition up front. The total for this course including the discount is $445.50. In-person payment is required to receive the 10% discount.
