Pre-Professional Registration

FOR THE 2025-2026 ACADEMIC SEASON

Complete the full form below and submit the registration fee for all students accepted to the Bridgeman Academy of Performing Arts Pre-Professional Program for the 2025-2026 academic year. Your registration fee must be paid before classes are fully secured.

Important Notes – Before You Register

All students in the Pre-Professional program are automatically offered a role in the Ignite Performance Company. If you have been given the title of "Member" or "Apprentice," you are expected to perform at all company events throughout the year. If you receive the title of "Alternate," this means that you are not required to attend performances, however, Alternates, Apprentices, and Members are all required to attend Company class each week. If a student is offered the role of Member or Apprentice but is unable to commit to Company performances during the 2025-2026 season, they should select the title of "Alternate" when asked in the form below.
Pre-Professional students are required to maintain consistent class attendance throughout the year. Consistency is crucial for the development of strength, flexibility, and technique. Lack of consistency will result in delayed development and an increased risk of acute and chronic injuries.
Complimentary elective courses are based on availability. If your student has chosen an elective that is full and no longer accepting new students, you will receive an email with alternative options.
For students who have not been offered a role in the program but are enrolling in Fall courses, please include these students and indicate "Standard Student (not Pre-Pro)" in the field "Which role will this student assume in the Ignite Company?".
Ensure that you select the correct number of Pre-Professional and Standard registration fees based on students to be enrolled.

A registration fee must be submitted with this form. Tuition for the first month of classes be due by August 1, 2025. This registration fee will be refunded if classes are no longer offered by the studio. The fee will not be refunded if classes are offered, but the child does not participate.
There will be a $30 fee assessed for returned checks or insufficient funds.

Consent for Use of Photography

I grant Bridgeman Academy of Performing Arts and all its representatives and employees the right to use photographs of me, my child and/or my property in connection with Bridgeman Academy of Performing Arts. I authorize the above company to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that the above company may use such photographs of me with or without my name for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertisement and web content.

I have read and understand the above policies and procedures and agree to abide by them. I am the responsible party for all expenses incurred by the registrant.

I grant permission and give my consent for the use photography as outlined above and understand that the images may appear on the website, social media, and other marketing materials.

Liability Waiver

I KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACTIVITIES, AND I AND/OR MY CHILD UNEQUIVOCALLY AGREE TO INCUR AND ASSUME SUCH RISKS AS A CONDITION TO MY PARTICIPATION IN THE CLASSES OFFERED AT BRIDGEMAN ACADEMY OF PERFORMING ARTS (“COMPANY”). I WAIVE AND RELEASE ALL RIGHTS AND CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES THAT I AND/OR MY CHILD MAY HAVE AGAINST BRIDGEMAN ACADEMY OF PERFORMING ARTS FOR ANY INJURY IN CONNECTION WITH THE COMPANY. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE TO MAINTAIN INSURANCE OR PAY FOR MEDICAL EXPENSES INCURRED. I REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT I HAVE REVIEWED THIS WAIVER WITH MY CHILD AND ENTER INTO THIS WAIVER, AS EVIDENCED BY MY SIGNATURE BELOW. I AND MY CHILD AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS WAIVER IS APPLICABLE TO ALL COMPANY EVENTS AND ALL ACTIVITIES IN WHICH I/MY CHILD PARTICIPATE AT ANY TIME AND IS A PERPETUAL WAIVER FOR ALL SUCH EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES.
