About this Class
Monday 4:30pm - 5:30pm Students will explore the art of crafting original choreography, learning how to develop movement phrases, structure sequences, and refine their ideas into complete works. Through hands-on practice, critical feedback, and collaboration, students will build the skills to choreograph solos, duets, and ensemble pieces across a range of styles. In addition to physical exploration, students will study composition techniques including spatial awareness, musicality, dynamics, motif development, and thematic storytelling — essential tools for every aspiring choreographer. This course offers a supportive environment to experiment, grow, and bring artistic ideas to the stage. Tuition: $715 academic year* (or 11 months of $65/month) * Receive an additional 10% discount for paying the full year tuition up front. The total for this course including the discount is $643.50. In-person payment is required to receive the 10% discount.
