Schedule of Events:
Arrive at Gate 6 at Busch Stadium by 5:00pm –Â
ALL GATES open at 5:15pm, but all teams will have their own separate entrance to get through at Gate 6 to be able to bring their bags in after bags are sniffed by our K-9 team.Â
- *Our K-9 team will search bags roughly 5 minutes before entering the stadium. If someone is running late, they run the risk of not being able to bring in their bag after our K-9 team leaves, so it is very important everyone is on time.
- *Allow plenty of time for parking, lines to enter the stadium, metal detectors, etc.
- *Please get here early to get through the gates and to Ford Plaza for warmups. Please allow extra time to get through security with bags. We will begin on time because the performance is time sensitive.
5:50-6:30 Performances!
*This is a rough time frame, and Team Fredbird will let me know closer to the performance date an exact time so they can make sure everyone is on the TV’s during the performances.
6:40-6:50 On-field Ceremony
7:15 Play Ball!
