Company members will perform in the plaza and attend the game in a special Bridgeman Academy section in the 1st Base Field Box / Right Field Box

Schedule of Events:
4:30 pm – Arrive at Gate 6 at Busch Stadium
ALL TEAM MEMBERS AND SUPPORTERS (and anyone arriving with you) enter through Gate 6 with your tickets.
Please keep our MLB security measures in mind when packing for the evening’s performance. Book bags with the multiple pockets and zippers are not permitted in the stadium. Cheer/Dance Bags will be allowed only for the performers to bring in. Please keep all bags to a minimum.
*Cardinals K-9 team will search bags roughly 5 minutes before entering the stadium. If someone is running late, they run the risk of not being able to bring in their bag after our K-9 team leaves, so it is very important everyone is on time.
*Allow plenty of time for parking, lines to enter the stadium, metal detectors, etc.
Once inside the stadium, FORD PLAZA is located at the northeast corner of the stadium, just beyond Center Field.
4:45pm - 5:05 pm - Stretching & warm-up on carpet.
Upon arrival, if your team needs to stretch and warm-up, please find an area on the carpet and be aware of other groups needing to share the space. Due to limited space and time, we cannot allow individual Walk-throughs, so be aware of the performance area size. 5:15-5:50 Performances! *This is a rough time frame, and Team Fredbird will let me know closer to the performance date an exact time so they can make sure everyone is on the TV’s during the performances.
5:15 pm - 5:50 pm – Performances!
*Performance order is subject to change. Please plan to arrive and be ready to perform by 5:15pm, regardless of the order.
