After submitting this form, students will receive detailed information regarding their specific housing placement. All housing assignments will be finalized and distributed no later than June 1, 2026.

Bridgeman Academy reserves the right to determine appropriate charges for repair or replacement. Payment is due immediately upon notice.

Liability Waiver

I KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACTIVITIES, AND I AND/OR MY CHILD UNEQUIVOCALLY AGREE TO INCUR AND ASSUME SUCH RISKS AS A CONDITION TO MY PARTICIPATION IN THE CLASSES AND HOUSING OFFERED AT BRIDGEMAN ACADEMY OF PERFORMING ARTS (“COMPANY”).
